City of Golden Annexation Plan
The City's Annexation Plan Update is submitted in conformance with the requirements of Colorado Revised Statutes, 31-12-105 (1)(e) in anticipation of potential annexation requests to the City of Golden.
Based upon these requirements, the document addresses the proposed location, character, and extent of streets, parkways, major parks, open space, utility services, and the proposed land uses for the areas included in the plan. This updates the City of Golden's "Vision 2010 Comprehensive Plan Update" adopted August 12, 1993 and the adopted Annexation Plan Update, adopted by City Council Resolution No. 1262.
